Return Policy

  • We will accept returns of any UN-OPENED, UN-USED items in *SALABLE* condition if within 14 days of delivery for refund or exchange.
  • ALL returns must be approved prior to the return and accompanied by a Return Authorization Number. Please call us for that number before attempting a return.
  • We will include your initial shipping charges as part of your return but we are unable to reimburse you for return shipping charges.
  • We are not responsible for any return items that may get lost or damaged on their way back to us so we advise you to insure your return.
  • Approved refunds will be issued according to the original method of payment. Exchanges will be issued a Store Credit.
  • Please note, we are not able to accept returns for any items that may melt in transit. Please look for Melt Info in the item description.

Custom Orders are not refundable.

Defective Items

We do our very best to make sure everything we ship out is perfect. Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives.
If an item is defective you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt, retain the product and all of the original packaging.
Once we have verified the damage we will arrange for a replacement.
